Read this and tell me it isn't you
You lift. You do cardio. You eat healthy. And still nothing changes.
You're not lazy and you're not inconsistent — if anything, the opposite. You have more discipline than almost anyone you know. So when it doesn't work, you draw the only conclusion that seems to be left: you must not be doing enough.
So you add another session. You cut something else out. The list of foods you're not allowed gets a little longer. It works for a few weeks. Then it doesn't. Then you start again.
And what you actually want isn't a stricter version of that. It's something that holds. Weekends. Holidays. Dinner out with friends. Without the whole thing falling apart.
That's what I coach — not more restriction, but a way of eating where nothing is off limits and your body still changes. If that sounds like the part you've been missing, keep reading. If it doesn't, this isn't for you, and I'd rather say so now.
Why I do this
I spent years thinking I just needed to try harder
I trained consistently. I ate healthy. I followed all the rules I thought I was supposed to follow — and when I still wasn't seeing the body I wanted, I decided the answer was to eat less, train more, and be stricter.
The harder I tried, the more stuck I felt.
I didn't need more discipline. I needed a better strategy.
Once I understood how to actually structure things — while still living a normal life — everything started to change.
Studying psychology taught me the rest. Getting results isn't about knowing what to do. It's about understanding the patterns that keep you stuck, and building something you can actually live with.
That's what I want to help you do.
